Stress Buster Series: Meditation/Yoga

Event Description
Students will learn how meditation and yoga can help reduce stress and how it is a great coping mechanism. Students will be led through both a simple yoga routine and a meditation session.

The OAS Stress Buster Series is a new series of programs to help combat stress in a fun, progressive way. Programs include: Craft Night, Vision Board Workshop, Yoga/Meditations, and Game Night. These programs are open to students outside of the OAS as well, so be sure to bring your friends!
